Description

We will leave Cusco to start this activity in the landscapes of the Peruvian Andes. The Maras & Moray ATV Tour will begin in Cruzpata with a safety talk and about how to use the vehicle, after what you will have 10 minutes of practice. After that, you will start the route towards Moray, agricultural terraces used to recreate the crop conditions that could be found in the whole Tahuantinsuyo or Inca Empire. There you will have time to tour, after what you will board your vehicle again to go back to Cruzpata. From that place you will take other vehicle to go to the Salineras de Maras, salt mines located in a hillside, which are exploited hundreds of years ago. After that, you will return to Cusco, where the activity ends.

About the Cusco tourist ticket


The tourist ticket allows you the access to the different places of interest in Cusco. We recommend you to buy it before the beginning of your activity, at Palacio Kusikancha, Calle Maruri 340, Cusco, to expedite the entrance time and take advantage of the time visiting the places, or you can buy it at the first visiting site of your itinerary, though. There are two types:


  • Full tourist ticket:
    • Peruvians: S/. 70 per person.
    • International visitors: S/. 130 per person.
  • Partial tourist ticket:
    • Peruvians: S/. 40 per person.
    • International visitors: S/. 70 per person.


The full tourist ticket is valid for all the places in the three circuits available, in a period of 10 days, while the partial tourist ticket is valid for only one of the three circuits, in a period of one or two days, depending on the circuit.
