Important notes​

• All passengers, regardless of age, pay the same fare.
• If you need a child car seat or booster seat, please let us know in the "Additional comments" field during the booking process. This service is available at no extra cost.
• For the shuttle to and from Pucón, if you are staying in the Condominio Alta Vista, in the Variante Camino Internacional 459, the pickup will be at the beginning of the way up, because the road is too complicated for the vehicles.
• For the shuttle to and from Huilo Huilo, the transport may be for any of the hotels located inside the reserve: Nothofagus Hotel, Montaña Mágica Lodge, Reino Fungi Lodge,  and Nawelpi Lodge.
