*Passengers not residents of Chile must present their entry card to the country along with their passport at the time of check-in at the hotel to be exempt from paying IVA. Otherwise, they must pay the IVA when checking in at the hotel.

This plan is optimized for 4-day stays in San Pedro de Atacama. To enjoy all tours without rushing, we recommend scheduling your arrival flight to Calama on Day 1 before 4:30 PM, and your departure from Calama on Day 4 after 4:00 PM. These time windows give you enough time for the airport–San Pedro de Atacama transfer, check-in, and your scheduled excursions.

• Hidden Lagoons of Baltinache: Entry ticket to Baltinache Hidden Lagoons (CLP$ 10.000 per adult, $5.000 per passenger from 5 to 18 years old).
• Red Rocks & Altiplanic Lagoons: entrance fee to Chaxa Lagoon (residente in Chile: CLP$ 10.300 per person; non-resident in Chile: CLP$ 13.800 per person).

Hotel Ckoi

• Location: 200 m (656 ft) from Caracoles (the main street) and 1 km (0.6 mi) from downtown San Pedro de Atacama (15-minute walk).
• Swimming pool: Yes.
• Internet: Available in the lobby only; not available in guest rooms.
• Heating: Yes, rooms are equipped with gas heaters.

Check-in: 3:00 PM.

Check-out: 12:00 PM.

The distribution of rooms or cabins will be according to how many people is included in the booking:

• 1 person: one single standard room.
• Group of 2 people: one double standard room (with one queen bed or two single beds).

Hotel Diego de Almagro

• Location: 200 m (656 ft) from Caracoles (the main street) and 350 m (0.2 mi) from downtown San Pedro de Atacama (5-minute walk).
• Swimming pool: Yes.
• Internet: Available only in the lobby; not available in guest rooms.
• Heating: Yes, rooms are equipped with electrical heater.

Check-in: 3:00 PM.

Check-out: 12:00 PM.

The distribution of rooms or cabins will be according to how many people is included in the booking:

• 1 person: one single standard room.
• Group of 2 people: one double standard room (with one queen bed or two single beds).
• Group of 3 people: one simple tourist room (with three single beds).

Hotel Cumbres San Pedro de Atacama

• Location: 1.5 km (0.9 mi) from Caracoles (the main street) and 1.8 km (1.1 mi) from downtown San Pedro de Atacama (30-minute walk).
• Swimming pool: Yes.
• Internet: Available in the lobby and in guest rooms.
• Heating: Yes, rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Check-in: 3:00 PM.

Check-out: 12:00 PM.

The room distribution will be as follows, depending on the number of people in the reservation:

• 1 person: a single room.
• Group of 2 people: a double room (with one double bed or two single beds).

• Sun hat.
• Warm hat (El Tatio Geysers, and Red Rocks & Altiplanic Lagoons).

• Small microfiber towel (Baltinache Lagoons).
  
• Water to rinse salt off your body (Baltinache Lagoons).

• Not allowed for pregnant women.
• It is not permitted to enter the water with sunscreen on (Baltinache Lagoons).
• The use of microfiber swimsuits is not allowed, as they release harmful microplastics into the lagoon (Baltinache Lagoons).
• Minimum age required: 9 years old.
• Not allowed for people over 70 years old. Those over this age must present a medical certificate.

• For the package with accommodation in Hotel Ckoi, if you cancel at least 30 days before the beginning of the tour,  we will refund 100% of the amount you paid for the reservation.
• For the program with package in Hotel Diego de Almagro, if you cancel at least 5 days before the beginning of the tour,  we will refund 100% of the amount you paid for the reservation.
• For the package with accommodation at Hotel Cumbres, if you cancel at least 14 days before the start of the tour, we will refund 100% of the amount you paid for the reservation.
